About the Role
We're seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team and lead the design efforts for an innovative B2B & B2C platform in the sustainable technology sector. You'll be taking ownership of the user experience for both our consumer-facing mobile app and our B2B partner application, working directly with our development team to create intuitive, scalable solutions for a rapidly growing market.
Key Responsibilities
Design System & Component Development
- Build and maintain a comprehensive Design System in Figma
- Create reusable components, design tokens, and variables
- Ensure design consistency across iOS and Android platforms
- Document design patterns and guidelines for development handoff
Product Design
Design intuitive user interfaces for complex features including:
- Interactive maps with custom location markers and indicators
- Real-time transaction flows and status displays
- User dashboards and account management
- Multi-role B2B interfaces for different user types
- Create high-fidelity prototypes for user testing and stakeholder review
- Design responsive layouts optimized for mobile experiences
UX Research & Strategy
- Conduct competitive analysis and benchmark against industry leaders
- Create user stories and journey maps for different user personas
- Perform usability testing and iterate based on feedback
- Collaborate on product strategy and feature prioritization
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation
- Participate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies
- Provide design support during development and QA phases
- Present design concepts to stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in marketplace, logistics, or service platforms
- Knowledge of mapping and location-based interfaces
- Experience designing for B2B/enterprise applications
- Familiarity with agile development processes
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience with data visualization and dashboard design
